November 13, 2018: “Aeroplan” Offended Customers. 

Customers are finicky. It takes one tiny thing to lose your base. However, if you keep your promise and deliver every single time, you will retain your customers. I guess what I’m saying is you keep or lose your customers by what you do and how you treat them. #MyBlackOutPoems @centreforarttapes
